The Authors Guild v. Google Full Opinion

As discussed yesterday, Google prevailed in the almost decade long legal battle against The Authors Guild in what could possibly become a landmark decision. There has been an array of sentiment from the public, most notably from those wondering how the judge concluded that the scanning of books is transformative and fair use.
