Dinesh D’Souza Prevails Over Co-Producer in ‘Obama’s America’ Dispute

Conservative writer and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza prevailed in an arbitration with co-producer Doug Sain over ‘Obama’s America’. The documentary which earned $33.5M at the box office is the second-most popular political documentary of all time. Sain, who claimed that his ownership interest should be increased from 25% to 50%, also contended he should be paid $200K in finder’s fees for bringing in investors as well as an additional $1.4M for expenses, profits and other matters. The arbitrator ultimately concluded that Sain “failed to carry his burden of proof on any of his claims”.

Do you agree with the arbitrator’s conclusion?
